MEP is delivered as one accountable package: combined services drawings and builder’s work agreed before installation, materials submitted for consultant approval, and prefabrication-friendly installation where the programme benefits. Coordination is BIM-based where the project requires it, and every package closes out through pre-commissioning, testing and commissioning, authority inspections and complete O&M documentation.
