Hayyan is a master-planned residential development by Alef Group in Sharjah, planned around villas, landscaped streets, parks and community amenities.
Within this wider development, Ying De Construction Limited delivered a complete 149-villa package spanning multiple home types, from compact family villas to larger standalone homes and townhouses.
The scope was self-performed by Ying De’s engineers, supervisors, site management, foremen and workforce, giving the client direct accountability from groundworks through to final handover.

The package was delivered as a complete building-construction scope — from site preparation and excavation through to final snagging and handover.

Ground & Foundations
Excavation, earthworks and substructure set each villa on engineered foundations, ready for the structure above.
Structural Frame
Reinforced concrete columns, beams and slabs formed the structural shell of every home in the package.
Envelope & Masonry
Blockwork, masonry and the external envelope gave the villas and townhouses their final shape.
Finishing & Fit-Out
Internal finishes, tiling, flooring and architectural detailing brought the interiors to a completed standard.
MEP, Testing & Handover
MEP coordination, testing and commissioning were followed by final snagging and handover to the client.
